Job Description

  1. Conduct presentation to create awareness for client to understand his or her objectives for estate planning.
  2. Develop personalized trust solution that encompass estate planning.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing assistance and guidance to
    help them achieve their estate planning goals.
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide
    accurate and relevant financial advice.

Job Requirement

  1. STPM or University Degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field.
  3. Knowledge of investment products, retirement planning strategies, insurance solutions, and tax
    implications. However, essential training will be provided.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and explain complex
    financial and trust concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Ethical and trustworthy approach to handling confidential client information.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill combines with high level of initiative and ability to thrive
    in a fast-paced environment.
Office Admin

Job Descriptions

  1. Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
  2. Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
  3. Assist with accounting tasks.
  4. Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining agents’ record, assisting with recruitment
    processes and registration into company’s system.
  5. Support agents with various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Possesses a minimum diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an office administrator or similar position for at least 2 years.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  5. Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
    PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
